Vocaryn is operated by Zevqo Labs ("we"). These terms govern your use of vocaryn.tech (including app.vocaryn.tech) and the Vocaryn browser extension (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Contact: zevqolabs@gmail.com.
2. What the Service does
Vocaryn finds public job listings, matches them to Career Facts you confirm, writes application text that is checked against those facts, and, only if you switch on auto-apply, submits applications on employers’ official pages within your plan’s daily limit. It is a tool. It does not guarantee interviews or offers, or that an employer will read, accept or respond to an application.
3. Your account and your facts

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
•
You are responsible for the Career Facts, Answer Bank answers and resume you provide, and for confirming that they are true. Vocaryn never invents a fact, but it can only check text against what you confirmed.
•
Keep your sign-in details private. Tell us if you think your account was used without you.
4. Auto-apply
•
Auto-apply is off until you turn it on and give consent in the app. You can stop it at any time; a stop takes effect before the next application is sent.
•
Applications are sent in your name. You authorise Vocaryn to accept, on your behalf, the privacy notices and terms an employer requires in order to apply, as described in the Privacy Policy. Vocaryn declines optional marketing and talent-community consents and never answers questions about identity numbers, age, criminal history or background checks. Where an employer’s form asks you to type your name as a signature for the application itself, Vocaryn types your full name; it never signs a non-disclosure, non-compete or non-solicitation agreement for you.

Vocaryn stops when a site shows a CAPTCHA or a human check; it does not try to get around them.
•
Follow-up emails: if you allow it on the Auto-apply page and give Gmail’s send permission, Vocaryn sends one short follow-up in your name from your Gmail when an application has had no reply for 7 days, to the address that confirmed it. Otherwise the follow-up is a draft for you to send. You can turn this off at any time.
•
Applications are limited by your plan’s daily credits and any extra credits you add (one application uses 20 credits), and to one application per role at a company every 30 days. Plan credits you do not use in a day carry over as extra credits, and extra credits do not expire. Paying for a plan with the auto-apply permission shown beside the Pay button turns auto-apply on under that permission; you can stop it at any time. Employers may still reject or ignore any application.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to apply with false information; try to bypass limits, security checks or an employer’s controls; scrape or overload the Service; resell it; or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
6. Third-party sites and services
Job listings, employer forms, Google, Gmail and our AI model provider are run by others, and their own terms apply. We are not responsible for their content, availability or decisions.
7. Plans and payments

Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments; we never see your card, UPI or bank details.
•
Every account starts with 100 free credits, enough for 5 applications, once per account.
•
A plan is bought either once, for 30 days (Switch Season: 90 days, paid once only), or by autopay, which charges the plan price every 30 days through the UPI AutoPay or card mandate you approve until you cancel it. Paying again early adds time.
•
You can cancel autopay at any time with one tap on the Plan page (or in your bank or UPI app). No further charge is taken, and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
•
Extra credit packs are paid once and do not expire.
•
A coupon’s discount is applied at checkout and shown before you pay; on autopay it applies to the first charge only. Each coupon can be used once per account.
•
Refunds: within 7 days of a payment you can ask for a full refund of it if no application was sent since that payment, with Request a refund on the Plan page or by email. Our team checks the request and refunds it by hand. Duplicate or failed charges are refunded in full. Details are on our Refunds & Cancellations page.
8. Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and your rights, including downloading your data and asking for deletion.
9. No advice
Vocaryn does not give career, legal or immigration advice.
10. Availability and changes
The Service is an early-access product and may change or be unavailable. We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about material changes.
11. Disclaimer and limits on liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost opportunities or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
