Refunds & Cancellations

What you buy

Every account starts with 100 free credits, enough for 5 applications. Vocaryn plans (Starter ₹499, Pro ₹1,499, Max ₹3,999) give daily credits for 30 days; Switch Season (₹3,999) gives Pro’s daily credits for 90 days, paid once. Plan credits you do not use in a day carry over as extra credits. Extra credit packs (+500 ₹199, +1,000 ₹349, +5,000 ₹1,499) add credits that do not expire. One application uses 20 credits. All prices are in Indian rupees and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments.

Cancellation

Pay once: the plan ends 30 days after purchase (90 days for Switch Season) and nothing is charged again. The Plan page shows the end date, and we remind you 3 days before it.

Autopay: the plan is charged every 30 days through the mandate you approved with Cashfree. Cancel autopay at any time with one tap on the Plan page in the app (or in your bank or UPI app); no further charge is taken, and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.

You can stop auto-apply at any time in the app.

Refunds

•

Within 7 days of a payment (including an autopay renewal), you can ask for a full refund of it if no application was sent since that payment.

Once applications have been sent with a purchase, it is not refundable, because the service has been delivered.

•

If you were charged twice, or charged for an order that failed, we refund the extra amount in full.

•

To ask for a refund, press Request a refund next to the payment on the Plan page, or email us from your account email with the order ID. The request is checked by our team; approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
